Refund policy

Initiating a Return: If you find that your order isn't quite right, you have 15 days from the date of receipt to get in touch with us for a return. Please reach out to us at returns@mercharities.com to initiate the process. For the return to be accepted, ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging. Note that items that have been washed, used, or damaged may not be eligible for a return. 

Defective or Damaged Items: In the rare instance that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at hello@mercharities.com within 15 days of receipt. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and are committed to making it right.

Final and Sample Sale Items: Please be aware that items labeled as “Final Sale” or “Sample Sale” are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. If you have any questions or concerns about these items, feel free to contact us for assistance.
